Salsify will perform site maintenance starting at 10:00 pm ET on Monday, March 27th (2:00 am UTC on Tuesday, March 28th). This maintenance will allow for continued enhancements to the platform to improve your experience on ProductXM.

We anticipate the maintenance window to complete within four hours. During the maintenance window, the Salsify application and any custom integrations will not be operational or accessible to customers.

Customers may need to log back into the application once the maintenance window has ended. Any scheduled actions, including imports, exports, channel runs, and labs, will complete successfully once the maintenance period has concluded, although there may be a short delay in processing.
