Salsify will perform maintenance between the hours of 5 pm and 8 pm ET on Thursday, January 27th. Premium Support subscribers with Live Chat access will not be able to initiate a Live Chat between the hours of 5 pm and 8 pm ET on Thursday. During the maintenance window, Live Chat will not be accessible within the portal.

Customers will be able to open support cases as well as view previous interactions within the Support portal.

During the maintenance window, the Salsify application will be operational and accessible to customers.
