Salsify will perform an upgrade to our database on Thursday, November 18th starting at 4 AM EST. We expect the maintenance to complete within two hours. During the maintenance window, the Readiness Report request form [https://app.salsify.com/app/channels/request
] will not be accessible to customers and Readiness Report channel publishes will be delayed until after the maintenance period has concluded.
Customers may need to log back into the application once the maintenance window has ended. Any scheduled actions will complete successfully once the maintenance period has concluded.
