We will perform an upgrade to our database on Monday, February 1st starting at 9 PM ET. We expect the maintenance to complete within 30 minutes.
During the maintenance window, the Salsify application, with the exception of Channels and Channel Readiness Reports, will be operational and accessible to customers. While maintenance is underway, some actions associated with subscriptions, webhooks, and workflow triggers will be delayed but complete successfully once the maintenance has concluded. Customers will not be able to create new subscriptions, view current subscriptions, or access Channels and Channel Readiness Reports during the maintenance window.
